Found this skipper in Hadleigh woods while looking for heath fritillaries, the light was very poor, no butterflies were on the wing and all i found was this and a single heath fritillary, but that was good enough for me, the heath fritillary was my first and i had only seen essex skippers on the same day for the first time.
